Attempted Murder?
It is claimed that this guy tried to murder a female lawyer by attempting to throw her over a balcony. I don't dispute it, but I don't see it happening visually. It looks like he is trying to drag her away from the balcony.
What is of more social interest is that the woman's male companion does not even bother to throw down his legal papers to come to her aid. He tries to "one-arm" the situation, and keeps his body as far as possible from the action. I think he is an accessory in this instance.
