Remember the Ugly French Citroen?

The C-Cactus has a cabin that is made up of only 200 parts, half the number of a traditional hatchback. This thinning of the herd is accomplished through ridding the car of a dashboard (all controls moved to the steering wheel)...
Playing in to the green theme at Frankfurt this year, the C-Cactus will offer diesel-hybrid power mated to a 5-speed autobox, producing a combined 100 horsepower. With a speed limiter set at 93 mph, Citroën claims an economy figure of 81 mpg (2.9 l/100 km) and super-low emissions.
